Drop-In Session – Royalla Common
We have also made arrangements for a drop-in sessions within the hall at the Royalla Common on Saturday 5 September 2026.
Members of the Project team will be available from 9am to 2pm to directly discuss the Project and to answer any queries. There will not be a presentation or any formal process associated with this session. Community members are invited to drop in to the hall on the day. There is generous parking available at the Common. We will have tea, coffee and some light snacks available for people that attend.

An update on the proposed quarry project has been presented to the community. The presentation includes a summary of the final project design and features as well as an overview of the outcomes of technical impact assessment. The presentation was followed by a Q&A session.

Community members were invited to attend a virtual meeting on the proposed quarry project. Details of the quarry design and environmental impact assessment process were presented, followed by a Q&A session.

Friday 5 & Saturday 6 July 2024
Guided site tours will be conducted on the 5th and 6th of July to provide community members the opportunity to see the location first-hand and ask further questions about the project. We ask that each person registers individually to attend a site tour through the link below.
Site tours will be leaving hourly from the Royalla Community Hall. A small bus will pick up registered community members at their designated time slot and take them to the proposed quarry site (approx. 10 mins drive). Only registered participants will be permitted to travel to the proposed quarry site. Please allow a full 1 hour for the site tour (including travel time). Note that due to the size of the bus, a maximum of 8 persons can attend each site visit time slot.
