The Environmental Impact Statement for the Monaro Rock Project has now been lodged with the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI). Public exhibition of the document
and supporting technical assessments will commence from Wednesday 27 August 2025 for a period of 28 days. This newsletter presents a statement from the Applicant on the Project, information on how community members may make a submission and an invitation to a Q&A
session in the coming weeks.

Monaro Rock is a joint venture between two family businesses with a combined 75 years of local and independent construction and concrete operations, currently employing around 250 workers in Queanbeyan and the surrounding region.
